WHY THIS PROGRAM?
University qualifications provide us with an understanding and knowledge of our area of studies but what about practical skills? Many graduates find that there is a gap between theoretical knowledge and practical operation. The time when they enter the work field after graduating although they have an in-depth understanding of their job industry, they lack the practical skills to put their knowledge into action.
At First Job Australia we aim to ensure that all graduates that go through our program leave with the confidence that they are job-ready for wherever their future career takes them. Our programs allow our graduates to practice the skills they’ve learnt at university and put them to the test. We are specially designing our career mentorship programs and counselling services to comply with the job criteria which businesses look for not just focusing on practical skills but also emphasizing on contextual factors such as communication and etiquette.
At First Job Australia we love to socialise, we have regular networking events where our graduates have the opportunity to expand their social and professional networks with members of our team, collaborated business partners and fellow mentees.
