First job Australia has been working in the field of career guidance and counselling and internship for so many years and has cooperated with numerous education institutions, government agencies and associations to help and support a lot of students.
First Job Australia has a robust database of over 4500 businesses hosting foreign interns and government departments/agencies. Each business is evaluated on its suitability to meet the candidate’s specific goals and then provided with personal advice prior to hosting the intern.
Within First Job Australia, there is a dedicated team of Business Development Officers who supply the host companies, create the internship training plans and then closely track the internship progress. With each organization and intern, assessment and feedback is done. The feedback is used to ensure the continuous development of our quality processes and systems.
For each individual intern, First Job Australia develop training agreements and training plans. As an academic prerequisite of their current tertiary education, the majority of foreign candidates complete the program. Education partners have accepted and funded First Job Australia’s network of educational partners in over forty-five countries.
The roles for the intern, host organization and program provider (First Job Australia) are specified by these training agreements/plans. These provide descriptions of the learning outcomes, study assignments or activities decided upon for the length, evaluation and timelines of the internship.
We will be pleased to welcome all eligible students and offer them counselling services and internships that are consistent with their studies. If you would like to know more about our services and how First Job Australia will help your students fulfil their academic needs, please contact our marketing team.
